Well, I turned down the second offer which was for more money. I'm feeling sorta like a tard on the short bus for doing that, but my gut feeling is telling me, I'm going to be happier with the place I chose to go to. We'll see.

I know I floored my boss today when I told him that I was offered a postion and I accepted it.

I think I made him feel better when I told him that he did do his job.

He had said to us early on when he started that "if you don't leave here more employable then when you started, I didn't do my job."

Well, I'm way more employable then when I started and I really thanked him for that.

9:00 A.M. update.

I recieved a call from the place I interviewed at yesterday. They offered me even me money then the offer I accepted.

Confused is the word of the day I tell you.

Words can not describe the confusion I'm feeling right now. I come into work to get told that our "customer" has bailed the ship out, and that I still have a job. Well it's kind of to late fellas I accepted an offer for a job, with about a 30% pay raise. I can not, not take it.

I'm going to have to thank Witterquick, my buddy with the direct phone line to the big G.

I got a call today from the place I interviewed at monday to offer me a job, it was an offer I couldn't turn down. I also recieved a call early this morning to come in for an interview at another place, so after recieving the offer I called to cancel the interview this afternoon and within 5 minutes recieved at call back asking me to still come in so they could try to offer me something better.

Best thing about all this is I could start monday at either place and never miss a paycheck.

I'm not so sure that they'll come close to matching what i've been offered.

Well the ship has hit bottom, as of friday it looks like I'm out of a job. This place is closing it's doors.

Now all I have to due is pray I get a call from the place I interviewed at yesterday. I also sent my resume to a place that a couple of bussiness buddies work for. They tell me I'm on the "good list" that's resumes to watch for, an hire if they come thru to door. They tell I'd be in on monday.

We'll see what happens.

I've taken up praying to any god, semi-god or demi-god that will listen.

I feel like the interview went well yesterday, the thing that's giving me hope that it'll turn out good is that their admin. guy was quite interested in me. Sounds like he's swamped and could use help.

I was cruising on work with the waterworks this weekend, so I decide to do some experimenting. I have a bottle of reddish concrete colorant from when I patched my driveway over the summer, so I want to see how it would work coloring plaster blocks.

Mixed some in with my mixing water, pour into molds and now about 18 hours later I still have mush filled molds. I did get some that harden and those were thinner pieces on the sci-fi molds but all the pieces I needed to harden are mush. I can't wait to get home to start cleaning that mess out of my molds.

I'll get a picture of it when I get home.

Well, yet another company meeting today. This one was to just keep us updated as to the company's status.
